ADMINISTRATION OFFICER

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:
.. Manage the day to day running of the training venue.
.. Market and advertise the training venue and increase her customer base.
.. Ensure proper audit trail and accounting of finances.
.. Arrange meetings and presentation sessions with potential clients and ensure adequate logistics.
.. Ensure good housekeeping in the work area
.. Proper scheduling and follow up on venue bookings.


ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
* Minimum OND. A degree in management studies is an added advantage.
* Numerical / Maths skills, ability to work with figures
* Ability to work within tight time scales whilst maintaining quality standards.
* Excellent communications including written and oral.
* PC literate / Organisational skills
* Liaise with personnel at all levels.
* Able to use the POS.
* Ready to learn.
